You are kindly invited to contribute a lecture or poster to DAGA conference after registering as conference participant:

Submitting a new abstract (late posters only) or change my submitted abstract

• Your registration ID
• Abstract with max. 200 words in English (alternatively German or Danish)
• title, short title and topic of the contribution
• structured session (only for invited contributions)
• Names, institutions including address & e-mail address of co-authors

Note on the Language
We recommend to submit full materials and present papers / posters in English to include the largest possible audience. In case you consider German or Danish for your contribution, please make sure to choose the same language for your title and for your presentation at the conference.

In January, authors will receive their note of acceptance together with the scheduled time for their presentation at the conference.
By then, authors will find detailed information here on the website on preparing their oral or poster presentation.
Also, the detailed instructions and templates for final paper submission will be published and authors can submit their paper (of up to four pages) for the conference proceedings until 31 March.

The assignment as lecture or poster is subject to alteration by the organizational team, if the scheduling process should necessitate such changes. In specific cases (such as sales promotion or multiple contributions of the same author), the organization team reserves the right to refuse a contribution.
