Instructions for posters
The posters will be displayed continuously from Tuesday to Thursday in the Poster Area in Hall E, sorted by thematic context. The daily poster session offers the opportunity for intensive discussion with the poster authors. In the conference proceedings, a poster presentation is applied with the same space as an oral contribution.
Poster format, layout and attachment
You are welcome to integrate the DAS|DAGA Logo into your poster (download here). For further discussion, we recommend that poster authors include their email address on the poster.
- DIN-A0 portrait format (W x H = 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm), beyond that free design
- Poster printing and mounting must be managed by the author
- Please use the wall reserved for you, exclusively with the provided
mounting material. - Tue, 18 March, until 10:00: Mounting of the poster (possibly starting on Monday afternoon)
- Thu, 20 March until 15:00: Removal of the poster (remaining posters will be disposed of)
Poster Session
The corresponding poster session for your contribution takes place on the day which is stated in the program and in your acceptance email. It is the same day on which the corresponding lecture session takes place. Please make sure to stand by your poster during this time as it will give you the chance to discuss and explain your poster:
Tuesday (18 March), 15:20 - 16:00
Wednesday (19 March), 15:20 - 16:00
Thursday (20 March), 11:00 - 11:40
Please place and remove your poster at the times stated above.
Poster Award
A bonus will be awarded to the best three posters by a jury. The awards will be granted at a prominent event at DAS|DAGA. One requirement to win the poster award is that the poster is actually presented at the conference. To apply, please send your poster as a PDF to dega(at)dega-akustik.de by 2 March 2025.
