We are looking for student assistants, preferably from related disciplines, to support the 51st Annual Conference on Acoustics (DAS|DAGA 2025) at the Bella Center in Copenhagen.

Location: Bella Center Copenhagen
Period: 17 to 20 March 2025 (Some optional work also in the week before.)
Hourly wages: 141 DKK minimum (according to the salary rates for DTU students)

Tasks

Depending on your personal requirements, you will:

•     be present in the conference rooms, supporting the speakers or
•     support the welcome desk (registry / check-in) or
•     give technical support (media reception)
•     assist with construction / dismantling / posters etc.
•     assist with the poster exhibition
•     join in for preparing the conference bags

Requirements in all areas of application are secure communication skills in English, high reliability and an open and friendly demeanor.
