The city of Copenhagen welcomes us in the town hall with drinks and the famous "rådhuspandekager". These town hall pancakes are a speciality consisting of thin pancakes rolled up with orange cream, spread with a thin layer of apricot jam and sprinkled with almond slivers. The filled pancakes are served cold and are used for official receptions and celebrations at Copenhagen City Hall.
